John Kjerrman and Stefan Gullarbergs work as Product Managers for the engineering company Trans-Auto AB. They are the interface between OELCHECK and our customers in Sweden and Norway. Since last year, they have been looking after the customers on site and organizing the express shipment of the samples to Germany - the analysis and diagnosis by the tribologists takes place in the OELCHECK laboratory in Brannenburg.
The visit focused on the exchange and digital data world of OELCHECK. The free OELCHECK App 4.0 with its simple option for sample data input was discussed, the monitoring and control processes of our customer portal were addressed, and training courses were planned. Of course, a tour of our 2,350 m² laboratory with its 130 testing devices was not to be missed.
As we work where other people go on vacation, a joint boat trip on Lake Chiemsee with a visit to Herreninsel and a wonderful panorama of the Alps was an entertaining and enjoyable completion.
