We are introducing a 1 liter bottle which replaces the 500 ml and the 1 l bottles. The appearance resembles the reliable design of our 100 ml all-inclusive sample bottles with the following characteristics:
- OELCHECK logo for clear assignment to the analysis kit,
- transparent bottle with markings for an accurate estimation of the filling quantity,
- original OELCHECK lid in grey with two screw threads for optimized leakage protection,
- marked field for the barcode,
- indication of the prepaid analysis.
With the OELCHECK logo, the new sample bottle clearly sticks out from other bottles and mix-ups are avoided. The transparent material allows a more accurate filling of the sample, which is now clearly visible through the bottle sidewall. The use of the original OELCHECK lid provides more effective leakage protection through two threads and makes screwing easier due to the improved haptics. In addition, the new 1 liter bottles now also fit on the OELCHECK sample pump, with which you can take samples more easily and quickly.
We support our customers in handling the analysis kits by accurately identifying where to stick the barcode. In addition, it simplifies the processes in our laboratory. Of course, the indication of the prepaid analysis on our new 1 l bottles is a must. The Sample Information Form is an essential companion to the sample bottles as it assigns the correct scope of analysis to the samples, all of which have a grey lid.
The large 1 liter bottles are not completely sealed like their small example. In order to reliably protect them against contamination before use, the lids are already screwed on and additionally sealed with a plastic band that you have to remove before opening the bottle.
If you still have sample bottles with the old design in stock, you can continue to use them. An exchange is not necessary.
