THE ASSOCIATION OF THE LUBRICANT INDUSTRY E. V. MET AT OELCHECK

Verband Schmierstoff-Industrie e. V. (VSI) is an association of all major manufacturers of automotive and industrial lubricants in Germany.

With Technical Expert Committees (TSA) and working groups, VSI offers a permanent exchange regarding technical information and common points of view. With over 80 member companies, the association represents more than 90% of the German lubricant industry. Members include large, multinational oil companies as well as many medium-sized companies. OELCHECK has been a member of the association since 2013 and hosted the large TSA spring meeting in Brannenburg this year.

To kick off the event, participants met in the evening for a "get-together" in Rosenheim. The following day then began with a presentation of our company. The topic of the presentation was "Why do oil analyses help to optimize your sustainability?". This was one of the hot topics that are the focus of all members of the association. At the end of the meeting, a guided tour through the OELCHECK laboratory was on the agenda.
