The company is founded by Barbara and Peter Weismann in Brannenburg, Upper Bavaria, under the name WEARCHECK GmbH. The firm initially acquires premises in the railway station.


The company expands its workforce to five employees. The quality management system is certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 for the first time. The certificate has been renewed regularly since.


OELCHECK moves location. As its rented premises have become too small, the company moves to a new building at Kerschelweg 28 in Brannenburg, where the company headquarters can still be found today.


The first issue of OelChecker is released. Three issues of the customer magazine have been published each year ever since, with a circulation of approx. 10,000 copies.


Alongside the company's existing quality management system, in place since 1995, it is now also certified in accordance with the environmental management system DIN EN ISO 14001 for the first time.


The first customer portal is introduced. It allows customers to enter samples online and access all analysis results via the Internet. The company premises are expanded.


The "oil doctor", along with the oil droplet, becomes the company figurehead. OELCHECK now employs 25 employees and the number of analysis methods has risen to over 40.


The company premises are expanded with an additional building on the neighbouring plot of land. A large seminar room is set up. The two buildings are connected by a cafeteria.


Paul Weismann, the son of the companies' founders, joins the company management after completing his chemistry degree in the USA. The consultancy and training company, OilDoc GmbH, is founded.


The company gets its current name, OELCHECK GmbH. The company and selected test methods are accredited in accordance with DIN EN ISO 17025.


A new building with additional office space and a large seminar area for the OilDoc Academy is inaugurated, 75 m from the original building, at Kerschelweg 29.


The first ever OilDoc conference is held in Rosenheim. It will become the trend-setting event in Europe on the topic of lubrication, maintenance and condition monitoring.


Expansion of business activity in China. The "oil doctor" becomes younger and more dynamic. The company now has over 50 employees.


The customer portal is redesigned. Recording data using a QR-Code on the online portal is introduced. More than 80 analysis methods are now in use.


OELCHECK celebrates its 25th company anniversary. Over 70 employees investigate over 300,000 samples every year. Over 30,000 customers have ordered analyses to date.


The website <link https: en.oelcheck.com>www.oelcheck.de is relaunched with a new, responsive layout. The OELCHECK-App makes it even easier to enter sample data.


Establishment of an international sales structure with Exclusive Sales Agents


With the newly built warehouse, 400 m² of additional storage space have been created. In addition, 100 parking spaces were created for OELCHECK employees.
