New Retention Period for Submitted Samples

Effective immediately, we will retain submitted samples for 21 days after completion of the analysis. Previously, the retention period was 30 days.

During these 21 days, any remaining sample material – provided a sufficient quantity is still available – can be used, for example, for additional testing if required. After the retention period has expired, the samples will be properly disposed of.

Please keep the new retention period in mind if you have any questions regarding an analysis or would like to request additional testing.
